WHEREAS, a certain Quitclaim deed dated the 5th day of
1 January, 1942 from the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal Corpor-

ation of the sixth class, to ALMA N. INGRAHAM, quitclaiming,

releasing and remising to said Alma N. Ingraham all that certain
4 real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
5
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
6
follows:

Lot 17, Block 6391 Corona del Mar, as shown
8 on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
9 California.
10 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the consideration
12 offered for said Quitclaim deed is fair, just and adequate and not
13 disproportionate to the actual value of the interest which the
14 City of Newport Beach has in and to said property; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
16 deems that it is for the best interestvr of said City of Newport
17 Beach that said Quitclaim Deed be executed in favor of Alma N.
18 Ingraham by the Mayor and City Clerk of said City.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City
20 Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed
21 and authorized to execute said Quitclaim deed on behalf of the
22 (City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is instructed to deliver
23 the same to Alma N. Ingraham.
24 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
