A RESOLUTION APPROVING T ?AP SHOWING PORTION OF A
CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF NEUPOWT BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED.
UHERLAS, the City Engineer of the City of Zecmort Belch
has presented to the City Council of the City of Ne�-mort Bosch e
certain man shooing a portion of a certain alley located in
Block "CO, Tract No. 470, in the City of Nei -mort Beach, which the
said City Council of the city of Newport Beach proposes to close
up and abandon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said map be,
and the w.me is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City
of Newport Beach is ordered and directed to file the acme in the
proceedings for the abandonment of a portion of ss;id alley.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution eras
duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City
Council of the city of Netmort Beach at a regular meeting thereof
hold on the 2nd day of February, 1942, by the following vote,
