2 A Quitclaim deed dated the �}. day of December, 1942
3 from GEORGE P. WILSON to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
4 corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaim-
5 11Ing to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated
6 11 in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California;
7 and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
8 Lots 10 and 11, Block B, Tract No. 673, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 20, pages 17 and 18 of
9 Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman 11�eve, made a motion,
13 and carried, that
duly seconded by Councilman �e,���, ".,'

said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and

that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthdrith

th the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,

20 REED HALL.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: NONE
