RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
Orange County, California, cancelling all taxes and assessments, including
the first installment of 19142 -43 and prior years, against certain properties
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and owned by the City of Newport Beach in fee.
On motion of Councilman U�'dAC
dilly seconded and carried, the following resolution was adopted.
{4fERE9S, the City of Newport Beach in Orange County,
California, is the owner in fee of that certain real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, in Orange County, California, and more
particularly described as follows, to —wit:
Lots S and 9, Block 227,
Lot 7, Block 221,
Lots 2 and 3, Block 532,
Lots 10 and 11,Block B,
Section A
Section A
Canal Section
Tract 673, Corona Del Mar
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes and
penalties, including the first installment of 1942 -43 and prior years,
11 against all the lots and property heretofore described be cancelled, and
the Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all such taxes
land penalties as are now outstanding against all the properties described in
this resolution. ((�

properties described in the foregoing resolution, and in accordance with
