1'THEREAS, a certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 5th day
1 of March, 1945 from the CITY OF NE- t7PORT BEACH, a Municipal
2 Corporation of the sixth class, to KENNETH D. CAMPBELL, quit -
3 claiming, releasing and remising to said KENNETH D. CAMPBELL
4 all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
5 1 Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
6 particularly described as follows:
7 Lot 3, Block 20, Section Three, Balboa Island,
8 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 15
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
9 California,
10 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the consideration
12 offered for said Quitclaim Deed is fair, just and adequate and
13 not disproportionate to the actual value of the interest which the
14 City of Newport Beach has in and to said property; and
15 '.'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
16 deems that it is for the beat interests of said City of Newport
17 Beach that said Quitclaim Deed be executed in favor of KENNETH D.
18 CAMPBELL, by the Mayor and City Clerk of said City.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City
20 Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
21 directed and authorized to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf
22 of the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is instructed to
23 deliver the same to KENNETH D. CAMPBELL.
24 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
25 was duly and regularly passed a��d adopted by the City Council of
26 the City of Newport Beach at a�, 49WW r meeting thereof held on
�7 the 5th day of March, 1945, by the following vote, to -w:it:
