RESOLUTION O 'Ll
M1ZR.t]AS there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Rental
Agreement wherein the City of Newport Beach is Lessor and 7. S.
Smith, Jr., and Frank L. Smith are lessors, and covering certaig[
city -owned properties located between the Bay and Highway 101, City
of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion and judgment of the City of
Newport Beach the consideration offered for said lease is in all
respects fair, just and adequate, and that it is for the best
interests of said City that said lease be signed and executed by
the City of Newport Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2iayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized, directed and instructed to
execute said lease on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day
of April, 1945, by the following vote,tib-wit:
