I
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed dated
May 3rd, 1945, from Jeanne Beaumont Featherstone, a married woman,,
wherein said Jeanne Beaumont Featherstone grants to the City of
Newport Beach a right of way or easement for the purpose of the
erection, laying and construction of a pipe line or pipe lines to I
convey sewage, together with manholes and appurtenances, with the j
right of going in, under and over the premises hereinafter de-
scribed for the purpose of repairing, maintenance, and replace-
ment of said pipe lines, manholes and appurtenances, in, over
and under that certain real property described as follows, to -wit;
A parcel of land three (3) feet in width lying
Southeasterly of, adjacent to and parallel with the
Northwesterly line of Lot 48, Tract 682, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 20, Page 19 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, Records o/f, Orange County, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Vf made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport !
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the //follows vote, to -exit;
