RESOLUTION NO. i_ V� '
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed dated
April 28th, 1945, from Jesse B. Wolfe and Clara H. Wolfe, his wife
wherein said Jesse B. Wolfe and Clara H. Wolfe grants to the
City of Newport Beach a right of way or easement for the purpose
of the erection, laying and construction of a pipe line or pipe
lines to convey sewage, together with manholes and appurtenances,
with the right of going in, under and over the premises hereinafte
described for the purpose of repairing, maintenance, and replace-
ment of said pipe lines, manholes and appurtenances, in, over and
under that certain real property described as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of land six (6) feet in width lying three
(3) feet on each side of and adjacent to the following
described center line:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of Lot 15,
Block 431 as shown upon the map of Corona Del Mar,
recorded in Book 3, Pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Map
Records of Orange County, California, which point is
27.42 feet Northwesterly from the most Southerly corner
of said Lot 15; thence running North 780 11f 30" East
44.34 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of Lot 17,
of said Block 431, which point is 4.85 feet from the
most Southerly corner of said Lot 17, Block 431, Corona
Del Mar.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Ue-n, f made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman e a and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract from
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of May, 1945.
