RESOLUTION NOA A
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed dated
April 30th, 1945, from Isabel E. Childs, a married woman, wherein
said Isabel E. Childs grants to the City of Newport Beach a right
of way or easement for the purpose of the erection, laying and
construction of a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage,
together with manholes and appurtenances, with the right of going
in, under and over the premises hereinafter described for the
purpose of repairing, maintenance, and replacement of said pipe
lines, manholes and appurtenances, in over and under that certain
real property described as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of land six (6) feet in width lying
three (3) feet on each side of and adjacent to
the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line
of Lot 2, Block 431 as shown upon the map of
Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3, Pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Map Records of Orange County,
California, which point is 48.42 feet Northwesterly
from the most Southerly corner of said Lot 2; thence
running North 720 531 30" East 35.73 feet to a point
in the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2, which point
is 29.02 feet from the most Easterly corner of said
Lot 2.
WHEREUPON, Councilman a made a
motion, duly secnnded by Councilman ear and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:
