RESOLUTION NO.1� 9
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Dead dated
May 2nd, 1945, from James K. Ingham and Florence B. Ingham, husband
and wife, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, wherein
said James K. Ingham and Florence B. Ingham grants to the City of
Newport Beach a right of way or easement for the purpose of the
erection, laying and construction of a pipe line or pipe lines to
convey sewage, together with manholes and appurtenances, with the
right of going in, under and over the premises hereinafter de-
scribed for the purpose of repairing, maintenace, and replacement
of said pipe lines, manholes and appurtenances, in, over and under
that certain real property described as follows, to wit:
A parcel of land three (3) feet in width lying
Southwesterly of, adjacent to and parallel with
the Northeasterly line of Lot 10, Block 429 of
"Corona Del Mar ", as shown on a map recorded in
Book 3, Pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman A Uq_ml made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract from
