11th day of June, 1955, betlTeen the City of i- ewPort Beach, therein
referred to as the "City ", and Sully ;•.iller Contracting Oomppny, a
California Corporation, therein referred to as the "Contractor "; an
..HLROAS, said. agreement rrovid.es that the City hc.s awarded
to the Contractor the contract. for the furnishing Of all
required labor, material, traisoortation, plant, tools and services
for the re- surfacing of Beach Auto Parkin; Lot in the City of i °.ew-
port Beach, for the price set forth in the Contra.ctorls Proposal
on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
.:HER,IAS, said agreement specifically sets forth the terl.is,
conditions and price for the doing of said work; and
'•.HlirRLAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
contract be executed and that the work therein specified be done by
the Contractor upon the terms and conditions therein specified;
ivuv+, TIa,..OFORE, BE IT R.:SOLVED: That the 1 ayor and City
Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed,
authorized and instructed to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of ievport Beach, and that a duly executed copy thereof be
delivered by the City Clerk to the Contractor.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
ldewport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of
