RESOLUTION NO. � 10 "l
.- HEALAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of !.ewport Beach a certain agreement dated the
day of June, 1945, wherein the City of 'Leesport Beach is desig-
nated "City" and Heinz Kaiser and Liarie Kaiser, his crife, are
designated as "Lessees"; and
':,I3L"i','AS, said A.,reeiaent refers to a certain right and nriv
lege granted to the said Lessees to make a connection with the
sewerage facilities of the City of Newport Beach upon the terms,
conditions, and covenants of said Lease; and
H IAS, the City has received a just, fair and adequtte
consideration from Lessees for the license granted to Lessees
under the ter;as of said Lease, and it is the opinion and judgment
of the City Council of the City of i. port Beach that the considerL-
tions mentioned in said lease are in all respacts fair, just, and
adequate; and
JH.iIZAS it is further the opinion and judgment of the City
Council that it is for the best interests of the City of 1'ev.-port
Beach and the inhabitants thereof that said Agreement be given to
Lessees upon the terms and conditions mentioned in said agreement;

of the City of Yev.port Beach be authorized, instructed and directed
to execute said Agreement in duplicate on behalf of the City of
17ewport Beach, and upon its execution by the City and the said Lesse Q,
that an executed copy of said Agreement be delivered to Lessees
and an executed copy thereof be filed in the files and records of
the City Clerk of the City of Hai'gort Beach.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution .:as duly
(land regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at an adjortrned re;,ular meeting thereof held on the
