A deed of ease;::ent dated the 6th day of August, 1945,
from Audria K. Fey, a single wonan, to the City of Zerport Beach,
a municipal corporation of tie Si:tth Class, granting to the City a
Tight-of-ray and easement for the maintenance, repair, construction
and reconstruction of a setter line, three feet in width, in, under
and over that certain real property sithated in the City of llecr-
port Beach, County* of Orange, St-ate of California, in a portion of
Block Ko. 730, as shorn upon a roan recorded in i:iscellaneous 1-aps,
Book 3, pages 41 and 42, Records of Orange County, Calif Ornia,
aad described as follows, to -wit:
All that strip of land three feet in width and

westerly 78 feet frow Carnation Avenue, in
said Block Yo. 730.
together with the right of ingress and egress in and over said
strip of land, vas presented to the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, California.
