A Grant Deed dated the 10th day of August, 1945, from

Class, granting to the City of i'eroort Beach the following real

property situate in the City of i?ewport Beach, Ora%e County,

California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Parcel 1: All that portion of Lot 14, Block 632, Corona
Del liar, as shown upon a tiiap recorded in Boor 3,

pages 41 and 42 of ;;.iscellaneous :.aps, Records of
Orange County, California, described as follows,

Beginning at the most southerly corner of said
Lot 14 running thence northwesterly along the

southwesterly line of said Lot 14, 15.12 feet;
thence northerly in a straight line 55.31 feet

to a point in the northeasterly line of said
Lot 14 which point is 61.59 feet northwesterly of

the most easterly corner of said. Lot Ld, thence
southeasterly along the last mentioned northeast-

erly line 25.81 feet, thence southerly ina straight
line 45.58 feet to a point in the southeasterly

line, erhich point is 6.9 feet northeasterly of
the most southerly corner of said Lot 14, thence

southwesterly along the last mentioned southeasterly
