RESOLUTION NO. L3
A deed of easement dated the 30th day of August, 1945,
from James J. Mustard and Grace A. Mustard, husband and wife, to
the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of the Sixth
Class, granting to the City a right -of -way and easement for the
maintenance, repair, construction and reconstruction of a sewer
line, three feet in width, in, under and over that certain real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, in a portion of Tract No. 323, as shown upon
a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14, pages 40 and 41,
Records of Orange County, California, and described as follows,
to -wit:
All that strip of land three feet in width and
lying parallel with and adjacent to the Southwest-
erly line of the most northerly 29.86 feet of lot
5, Block D, in said Tract No. 323
together with the right of ingress and egress in and over said
strip of land, was presented to the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, Oalifornia.
WHEREUPON, Gouncilman Q{ilenl made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman 1. bell , and
carried, that said Deed of Easement be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the City Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wli:

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held on the q" day of September, 1945.
