RESOLUTION NO. � 2-► -I
t!HEREAS, Angiolo Cusumano and Florence Cusumano,
husband and wife as point tenants, have this day offered to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of Sl400.00 for Lots, 4, 6, 9 and
10, Block 9, Seashore Colony, in the City of Newport Beach, as
shown on a Hap recorded in Book 7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous 1taps,
records of Orange County, California; and
UTHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
t!HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
property be sold for the said sum of 01400.00; and
71HEREAS, the price offered is dust, fair and adequate
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property above
Idescribed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
sold to the said Angiolo Cusumano and Florence Cusumano, husband
and wife as point tenants, for the sum of x1400.00, free and clear
of all encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year
1945 -46. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations
of record. The Nayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver a deed for the said property to
the said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
BE IT FURTHFR RESOLVED: That the sum of ;;200.00 be paid
11to Ralph P. Ilaskey, as and for his commission for the negotiating
f the sale of said real property to Angiolo Cusumano and Florence
no, husband and wife as point tenants, the said sum being a
and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and
30 [aid broker being a licensed r6altor of the City of Newport Beach.
31 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
