BEACH TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABAN-
DONED.

WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach

has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
7
certain map showing certain alleys ana easements to the City of
8
ivewport Beach for public utility purposes in Tract No. 907, which
9
the City of :Newport Beach proposes to vacate, close up, and
10
abandon.

NOW# TH.!_K.FORE, be it resolved that said map be, and
13
the same is hereby approved, ana the City Clerk of the City of
14
Riewport Beach is ordered and directed to file the same in the
15
proceedings for the abandonment of said alleys and easements
16
to the City of ilewp.rt Beach for public utility purposes, and
17
that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of In-
18
tention this day passed in reference to the abandonment of said
19
alleys and easements.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ilewort
