OBERLAS, the consideration offered for said Quit -claim
deed is, in the opinion and judgment of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, fair, just and adequate for the interest
that the City has in said described property;
NOW, Tii REFORA, BE IT RESOLVED that the Nayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, directed and instructed
to sign said deed in the name of and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that said Quit -claim Deed as so executed
be delivered to the grantee, 5arylka A Pattison.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and
approved by the City Council of the City of NewPOrt Beach, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of October,1945, by
the following vote, to -wit:
