Avocado Avenue, as shown on said Map of Tract
13 No. 682, running thence south 401 00, west
parallel to the southwesterly prolongation
14 of last rientioned center line 97 feet; thence
south 500 001 east 11 feet to an intersection
15 with the southwesterly prolongation of said
16 center lire.

18 T;HER,ry:AS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said
19 Grant of Easement under the terms, conditions and covenants there -
20 in specified;
21 Na.;', THEREFOR's BE- IT RESOLVED, that the said Grant of
22 Easement aforesaid be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
23 pf Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is hereb, authorized, directe
24 and instructed to record said. Grant of Easement immediately in the
25 office of the County Recorder.of Orange County, California.
26 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
27 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of th
• 28 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th
