RESOLUTION NO. 3266 -A
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain lease wherein the
City of Newport Beach is called the party of the first part, and
Casey Blue is called the party of the second part; and
WHEREAS, said lease provides that the first party leases
to the second party, for a period of three years, commencing as of
January 1, 1946, and ending as of December 31, 1948, that certain
nineth -three acre tract of land belonging to the City of Newport
Beach; and in said lease described, under the terms, consideration
and conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the beet interests of said city that said
lease be entered into with the said Casey Blue, under the terms,
conditions, and for the consideration therein mentioned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed,
authorized, and instructed to execute said lease on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 17th day of December, 1945, by the following,vote, to -wit:

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 17th day of December 19 45 , by the following
