RESOLUTION 3,10. 3 a- �-
VMEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain deed wherein the
Grantor, Griffith Company, a Corporation, grants to the City of
Newport Beach certain easements in and to the following described
real property located in the City of Newport Beech, Orange County,
California:
PARCEL "A!'.
An easement 22 feet in width across Lot 2 as shown upon
a Map of Tract No. 1117 recorded in Bock page of Disc 1-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, the center line
of said 24 foot easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 2,
which point is 8.00 feet Southeasterly of the beginning of a curve
having a radius of 162.55 feet, said beginning of curve being at
the Easterly end of course with a bearing of South 67" Olt East and
a length of 90 feet; thence South 221 591 West along a line paralle
with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 2 to an intersection with
the Southerly line of said Lot 2.
PARCEL "B"
An easement 18 feet in width in Lot 2 of said Tract No.
1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of said
Lot 2, said point being the beginning of a curve having a radius of
460 feet, said beginning of curve being at the Southerly end of a
course with a bearing of South 2711 30+ East and a length of 177.65
feet, running thence South 620 301 West 43.83 feet; thence North
670 Olt West along a line parallel with the Southwesterly line of
said Lot 2 to an intersection with the Southeasterly line of the
herein described Parcel "A".
PARCEL "C"
An easement 22 feet in width in Lot 3 of said Tract No.
1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of said
Lot 3, which point is 108 feet from the point of intersection of
said Northeasterly line with the prolongation of the Southeasterly
line of Central Avenue across Via Lido as said Central Avenue and
Via Lido are shown upon said Map of Tract No. 1117,.running thence
South 220 591 West along a line parallel with the Northwesterly li
of said Lot 3, a distance of 142 feet.
PARCEL "D"
An easement 15 feet in width in said Lot 3, the center 1
of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southeasterly line of said
Parcel "C", which point is 134.5 feet from the Northeasterly line

with the Northeasterly line of said Lot 3, 66.24 'feet to an inter-
section with the South line of said Lot 3.
PARCEL "E"
An easement 15 feet in width in Lot 3, Section 28 Town-
ship 6 South, Range 10 Hest, S.B.B. & Ho , the ce it er line of said
easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of Lot 3 in said
Section 28, which is 231.04 feet Test of the Northeasterly corner
of Lot 3, in said Section 28, running thence South 670 Oil East
parallel with the Northeasterly line of Lot 3 of said Tract No.1117,
278.58 feet to an intersection with a line 86 feet West of and
parallel with the East line of Lot 3 of said Tract No, 1117.
PARCEL "F"
An easement 4 feet in width in Lot 3 of said Tract No.
1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears North 00 441 30" hest 400 feet and
North 890 15' 30" East 2 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot
3, running thence North 00 441 30" West along a line parallel with
the West line of said Lot 3, to an intersection with the South line
of the herein described Parcel "E".
PARCEL "G"
An easement 8 feet in width across Lot 3 of said Tract No
1117, and Lot 3 in said Section 28, Township 6 South, Range 10 West
S.B.B. & M., the center line of said easement is described as f ollo•s:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of Lot 3,
of Tract No. 1117, which point is North 670 Oil hest 31.17 feet fr
the beginning of a curve having a radius of 400.68 feet, running
thence South 220 591 West along a line parallel with the Northwest
ly line of said Lot 3 to an intersection with the Northeasterly li
of the herein described Parcel "EOa
PARCEL "R11
An easement 10 feet in width in Lot 3 of said Tract No.
1117, the center line of said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly line of the
herein described Parcel "Cf °,which point is 5 feet Southeasterly of 1
most westerly corner of said Parcel "C ", running thence South
220 591 West along a line parallel with the Southwesterly prolonga-
tion of the center line of said Parcel "C" to an intersection with
the South line of said Lot 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
Ithe City of Newport Beach accept said deed of easement to the real
property heretofore described, and that the City Clerk be, and he
is hereby instructed to record said deed of easement forthwith.
