RESOLUTION NO. L
WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney of
City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract
which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain
ess water of said city to �onr� se d �ati c� Co,
n the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said
7 ontract set forth; and
8 WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by the
9 ity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10 or its acceptance and approval.
11 NOW, THERaORE, BE IT USOLVED: That that' certain II
