WHEREAS. JOHN A. BLAICH, a single men, has this day offered to the
CITY OP SEAPORT BEACH, the sum of $3731.99 for The Westerly 30 feet of Lot S,
Block 22, Feet Side Addition to the Balboa Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 49 page 20 of Hiscellaaeouo flaps, records of Orange County, California;
and,
MORELS, the said price is a fair and adequate price as and for they
purchase price of said lot; end,
MUMEAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that
It is for the best interests of said City that said property be sold for the
said sum of $3731.95; and
SEAS, the price offered to just, fair, and adequate and is not
disproportionate to the real value of the property above described.
3057, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be sold to said
JOHN A. BLAICH, a single man, for the sum of $3731.95, free and clean of all
encumbrances, subject to second half of 19401947 taxes only. Also subject to
conditions, restrictions, and reservations of record. The Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby enthQri$ed and directed to execute end deliver a deed for the
said property to the said party upon receipt of the condideration above set
forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLMMI That the sus of $373.20 be paid to
COAST PROPERTIES C0WAN8, as and for their commission for negotiating of the
sale of said real property to JOHN A. BLAICH, a single man, the sum being a
fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker
being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the above end foregoing Resolution twos duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of 3ewport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the '1, A day of f,. , 1947,
