i'7HEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
II Council of the City of Newport Beach a Conditional Sales Contract
II covering a Used Ford 8 Super De Luxe Fordor,automobile, 'odel
21 -A, Serial No. 5915971, Engine No. 18- 5915971; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion and judgment of the City Council,
II the sales price is not disproportionate to the value of the said
property proposed to be purchased; and
1FHEREAS, the City desires to purchase said property on
a monthly installment basis as in said contract provided; and
,sHERZAS, said property is needed for municipal pur-
poses;
Nold, THEREFOR!;, BE IT RESOLVED that the mayor and city
clerk of the City of Newport Beach be authorized, directed,.and
instructed to execute on behalf of the City of Netidport Beach
said. Conditional Sales Contract in duplicate.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
