BESOLUTION N0.1
Wes9 there has this day been presented to the City Oonocil of
the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from BERNARD FRANCQUE and JEAN
LOIS FRANCQUP, husband and wife, to the City of Newport Beach, wherein said
parties grant to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, all that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange.
State of California, described as follows$
A portion if Lot One in Block One Hundred Thirty -one of Labe Tract, Newport
Beach, as shown on a May recorded in Book 49 page 13 of Miscellaneous Yaps
records of Orange County, California. and more particularly described as
follows to Witt
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said Lot One, thence North 52 °
461 30" East along the Northwesterly line of said Lot a distance of 9.74
feet, thence South 310 011 18s East 7.97 feet more or lase to a point in
the Southerly line of said Lot, said Southerly line being a curve concave
to the North and having a radius of 503.18 feet, thence Westerly along
said Southerly line to the point of beginning.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights
of way of record.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deeds
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD that said Deed aforesaid be, and the
Iskme is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is
(hereby authorised, directed and instructed to record said Deed immediately in
office of the County Recorder of Orange Countyl California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing P*oolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of�ewport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the nb.�� day of
