WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City Council of
City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed executed by MICHAEL PANDEL and
A A PANDEL, husband and wife, to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal
oration, covering that certain property described as followst
Lot Thirty in Block Five Hundred Thirty of Lancaster's Addition to
Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Mis-
cellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, California.
tHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has agreed to pay for said real
rty the sum of $3,000.00, which Bum of money is, in the opinion and judge

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Grant Deed covering said
1 property be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Coflncil of the City
Newport Beach and the City Clark is authorised, directed and instructed to
ediately record said deed when title shall show clear and free in said City,
jest only to taxes for the fiscal year 1945 -49, not yet due or payable.
