WHEREAS, SIISIE SHARP, a single woman, has this day offered to the
OF 11ZWPORT BEACH, the star of $2,003.68 for Lot 21, Block 25, Newport Beach
• 3 (Tract, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, Page
3
26 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; and
5 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price as and for the
8 purchases price of said lot: and
7 WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that 1'
8 is for the beet interests of said City that said property be sold for the said
9 sum of $2,003.00: and
10 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair, and adequate and is not
11 disproportioned to the real value of the property above described.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be sold to the
13 said SIISIE SHARP, a single woman, for the sum of $2,003.00, free and clear of all
14 encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1948 -49. Also subject to
15 conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor and the City Clerk
16 are hereby authorised and directed to execute and deliver a deed for the said
17 property to the said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That the star of $200.30 be paid to
19 C, Barnhouse, as and for his commission for the negotiating of the sale of
20 said real property to SIISIE SHARP, a single woman, the said sum being a fair and
21 reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker being a license)
22 realtor of the City of Newport Beach.
23 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly
24 regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
25 Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of March, 1948, by the
