WHEREAS, 50PRIABN ABBEY, a married woman, as her separate property,)
has this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of $1,007.50 for the
Sally 21.431 Lot 13, Big 143 and the Uly 3.57' Lot 14. Blk 143. Canal Section. in
the City of Newport Beach. as shown on a Map recorded In Book 4. Page 98 of 918C-,I
ellaneous Maps. records of Orange County. California; and
WHEREAS, the said price Is a fair and adequate price as and for the
purchase price of said lot; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that It Si
for the beat Interests of said City that said property be sold for the said sum
$1,007.50; and
WHEREAS, the price offered Is justo fair, and adequate and is not dism
oportionate to the real value of the property above described.
HOW, THEHEI'ORE. BE IT HESOLVED# That said property be sold to the
Id SOPHIANN ABAEY. c. married woman. as Jor separate property, for the sum of
,007.50, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal
or 1948 -49. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of record.
