contract for the improvement of Second Avenue in Corona Del Mar and in
pursuance thereof an aglreementitas duly entered into between the City of
Newport Beach and Cox Brothers Construction Connany, a copartnership. std

to the City Council his satisfaction that said improvement has been made in
accordance with the plaza and specifications thereof and in pursuance of said
agreement and that said work has been performed in a good and - orkass .ike

?,(A. 4'llk:ItMU. BE IT RESOLYR.D, that the City of Asvport Beach does
hersby accept the work of improvement of Second Avenue in Corona Del Mar from
Avocado Avenue to Havel Drive is the City of Newport Beach in accordance
�Ith the agreemout thereof entered into between the City of Itewpert Beach and
Cox brothers Construction Company, a co0artnership, oil the 13th day of
December. 1948.
The above and foregoing resolution v4s duly and regularly nasstd and
adopted by the City Council of the City of wevport Beach at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 14th day of February, 1949, by the following vote, to wit;
