Nei :*nort Beach for expenditure of the gas tax a.l.locrtion to citic'T'
for the fiscal. year 1949, and
r.n-TERRAS the city council_ has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, bp it resolved by the city council of the City
of Mev :Tport Beach that said. project statement be Ind it is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed esrpenditurns of the o t,?x
allocation to cities; and said agreement be ane the same is
hereby Approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officir.l.s of
the State.
ADOPTED this 28Th day of March, 1949.
