agreement between the City and McColl& Brothers and the agreement between this
City sad 0. V. Dremt, and pursuant to the provisions of said agreements allowing
the city to cancel the same;

of Levpert Beach instructs, authorises and directs the Mayor of said City to
cancel said lieestee agreements in the name of end an behalf of said City, and
the City Clerk be Authorised to attest this resolution cancelling said agreens
and to affix the ise&1 of sa£d City thereto; and that an attested copy of this
resolution terminating the said agreements be served upon iicCallsh Brothers as
to the agreement betvoon then and the City and another attested copy hereof
be served upon Keith F. Rims. as to his agreement with the City.
