RESOLUTION NO..
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of tre City of Newport Beach, a certain Corporation grant
Deed from THE IRVINE COMPANTY# a Corporation, Grantor, to the City
of Newport Beach, Grantee, upon certain covenants ann conditions
In said deed described and set forth, which said property is more
particularly described as all that certain real property, and more
particularly described as follows, to -Tait:
A parcel of land in Block 94 of Irvine's sub-
division of Ranchos San Joaquin and Lomas de
Santiago and Flint and Bixby's Allotment of
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana as shown on a map
recorded in Book 1, page 99 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line
of Bayside Drive 50 feet wide, as shown on map
attached to and described in Deed recorded June
11, 1936, in Book $30, page 217 of Official Re-
oords, records of Orange County, California;
said point of beginning being onposite the ,poYth-
westerly end of Coarse 14 and also the beginning
of a curve as shown on said map attached to said
Deed; thence North 400o5'304 bleat along the north-
easterly line of sid Bayside i ve 113.90 feet;

12.53 feet to the point of beginning.
RESERVING therefrom, for highway purposes, a strip
of land 20 feet wide, the northeasterly line of
said 20 foot strip of land being parallel to and
45.0 feet northeasterly from the center line of
said Bayaide Drive, as described in said Deed.
SUBJECT to unpaid taxes and/or assessments for
the fiscal year 1949 -1950, and to covenants, con-
ditions and reservations of record, if any.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said Corpora
tion grant Deed aforesaid be, and the same is hereby accepted by
the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is hereby authorised,
directed and instructed to record said Corporation Grant Deed imme-
diately in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the

the foregoing Resolution No. 3764 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
