RESOLUTION NO.-3 JL 6
A RESOLUTION AT°PROVING MAP SHOVING
PART OF 32ND STREET IN THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH PROPOSED TO BE VACATED,
CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain reap showing a part of a certain street which the City of
Newport Beach proposes to vacate, close up and abandon in Lanoas-
ter's addition, City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,,State of
California, and which part of said Street is described as follows,
to -Wits
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 30,
Lancaster's addition to Newport Beach, as shown upon
a asap of said tract recorded in Miscellaneous Map
Book 5, Page 14, Records of Orange County, California;
thence northerly along the northerly prolongation of
the westerly line of said Lot 30, a distance of (11)
eleven Peet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the South east, having a radius of (15) fifteen feet;
thence along said curve ra distance of 23.56 feet
through a central angle of 900 to a point, said
point being in a line 26 feet measured at right
angles northerly of and parallel to the northerly
lines of Lots 30 to 14 inclusive of said Tractt
thence easterly along said parallel line to the
beginning of a curve concave to the southwest
having a radius of (40) forty feet, said ourve also
being tangent to the easterly line of Lot 14 of said
Tract; thence along eala curve to an Intersection
with the northerly line of said Lot 14; thence
westerly along the northerly line of said Lots 14
to 30 inclusive to the point of beginning.
NOWt THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be, and the
same 1s hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City of Newport
,IBeaoh is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceedings
Ilfor the abandonment of said part of said street, and that said map
used in connection with the Resolution of Intention this day
28 passed In reference to the abandonment of said part /of said Street.
27 The above and foregoing resolution No. -S -7 l4 was passed
28 at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
29 Beach held on the 14th day of February, 1950, by the following vote,

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3766 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
14th day of February , 1950, by the following
vote, to wit:

Drake.
