Hiner a right to use the Newport Beach Pier for a lunch stand anti for the benefit of the fishing public; and BHEREAB, the consideration offered for said license is, in the opinion and Judgment of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, fair, dust and adequate for the license great to said Lioeneee, and that it is for the best interests of said City and the inhabitants thereof that said license be given to said Licensee upon the terms, conditions and rentals in said License Agreement specified and set forth, NOWv THEREMR1, BE ST r%ESOLVrD, that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach instructs, authorized and direets the Mayor of said City to sign said License Agresment in the pure of and on behalf of said City, and that the City Clark be aut8. Oriaed and directed to attest said Agreement with his signature and the seal of said City affixed thereto; and that upon the sz- eeution of said Agreement by both the City and the Lioensea, an executed copy thereof be delivered to said Lloensee.
