FPiE. °<E4S, the Stata_ of California, through its Department of
Public Yorks, Division of Hi&- ,,ays, hats presented an Agreement for
Maintenance of the Stnr_e uighwny in the City of Nev:Toort Beach
effective as of July 11, 1950, and to remain in effect unti_I amended
or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in fu1_
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State
Highway in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1950.
