11 Council of this City of Newport A$aeh, a certain agreement dated
12 the 16th day of August, 1950, by and between said Nigg Fngineor-
13 ing Corporation cad the City of Newport Beach, providing for said
14 design, fabrication and tion of steel buildings;
15 NOW, TREREF RZO as If RESMVED; that said bid of said
is Nigg Engineering Corporation for said design, fabrication and
17 erection for the total sues of III# M,00 be and the same is here -
18 by accepted; and
19 RE IT i' . THM RESOLVE, that said contract for said
20 construction in accordance with the plans and specifications on
21 file with the City Clerk of said City at said price of $11,230.00

23 poration; and
24 BE IT FiiFt' HTR RUMVED, that the Mayor and the City
25 Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to execute
26 said agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City
27 of New-,vrt 5eaoh and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executed
28 copy thereof to said Nigg FAagineering Corporation,

30 The above and foregoing rosolution was duly and regul-
31 arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
32 Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day of August,
