RESOLUTION OF INE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF N� �t`P BEACH
AWARDING "W Qf M. 4,CT TO RESURFACE
T;�; C2 TRAILZR PARK
NAEREAB, pursuant to a notine inviting bids for the
resurfacing of the City Trailer Pex% heretofore duly given, seal -
ed proposals and bids tIIerefor were dull received, and, at the
time and place set for salti pumose, duly opened, and it appear-
ing that the lowest regular and responsible bidder is the R. J.
Noble Company, a California Corporation; and,
W$MREAS, there:.has been duly presented to the City
Council of this City of New-)ort Beach, a certain Agreement dated
the 13th day of November, 1950, by and between said R. J. Noble
Company, And the City of New-port Beach, providing for said re-
surfacing of said trailer park;
NOW, THERE 0RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said bid of
R. J. Noble Company for said resurfacing for the total sum of
$2,54e.50 be, and the said is hereby accepted; and
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Contract for said
resurfacing in aaeordance with the plans and specifications on
file with the City Clerk of said City at said price of 12642.500
bet and the same As hereby awarded to said R. J. Noble Co:ipany;
add
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and instructed to exe-
cute said agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach and that the Cit Clerk furnish a duly axe-
anted cony thereof to said R. J. Noble Company.
The above and foregoing Revolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held cn the _L3,_ day of
