WIDMAS, the City of Newport Bash did, on the 14th
day of November, 19". enter into an agreement -with the Newport-
Balboa Press for the printing of the Vunioipal Code of the City
of Newport Beach; and
WROZAS, Bald Agreement pz-ovided that it shall remain
In full force and effect until its termination by the City and
Further provides that after the original printing of the said
Funioipal Code, the City shall have the right to terminate said
Agreement upon fifteen (15) days' written notice to said Newpor
Balboa Brews; and
W# it appears to be for the best Interests of
the citizens of the City of Nevport Beach that said contract
should be cca"alled.
NOW, THORE'ORE, BE IT fi:-:SDLVa that the City Clerk of
theCity of Newport Beach is hereby authorized and directed to
take such steps an are asoessary to cancel said contract under
the provisions of said Paragraph 1.0.
The above and foregoing Beaolution was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting; of the City Couneil of the City
of Newport Reach held on the �42-w day of(4 , 1951,
