dated October 12, 19500 said Deed covering the following des-
eribed property situated in the City of Newport Beach, Coun*
or orange, state or California:
A right Of way or easement for the purpose of the ereo-
tion., laying and construction of a pipe line or pipe
lines and appurtenances to convey water, with the right
of going in, under and over the premises hereinafter
described# for the purpose of repairing, maintaining
and replacing said pipe lines and atppa rtenanoes, that
certain real property described as follows, to wit:
A parcel of land situgts in the County of Orange, State
of California, tour ( ) feet in width lying northwest-
erly of and adjacent to the following described line:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southerly
line of the 100 foot right or way of the California
State tfighway, ORA�60 -A and the Northwesterly boundary
of Irvine's Subdivision, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 1, page U of Nisoellatnsous Baps, records of Orange
County, California; thence along said Northwesterly
boundary line of Irvine Subdivision and its Southwest -
erly prolongations south 390 43' 450 heat 2$1.63 feet
to a point in the line of ordinary high tads of the
Pacific ocean in Newport Bay and designated "Borth Lines
as established by the Decree in the action entitled,
