NOW, THEREFORE* BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of New-
port Beach quit claim the above described property to the Assie-
tsnoe League of Newport Beach, California and the 99yor and City
Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to execute said quit
claim deed for and in behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the J'-16 of IAAQTr 1951s by
following vote, to wits

of the City of Newport Beach filed and Liaintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noy 3864 -A was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 13 day of February 9 19519 by the following
