directed and authorized to execute the said Oil and Oas Lease on
behalf of the City of NeMport Bomb.
The above and foregoing Revolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held an the 26th day of Ranh, 1951 by the following
