WW'REAS, there hdio this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach an ,agreement dated January
29, 1952: by and between Alan Craig and the City of Newport Peach)
a municipal corporation, which Agreement provides for the sale by
Craig to the City of Nevnort Beach for gasoline by Craig to the
City for the period from February 9, 1952 to February 9, 1953, at
a price of io.1764 for Rio Grande Ethyl °rust proof process"
gasoline, 8o plus octane and the eum of ';0.156 for Rio 0rande
Crafted "rust proof process" regular gasoline, 76 plus octane;
WHSREAS, It apvears to be for the beat interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said Agreement be
entered into between said parties;
Wilp THEAEFUREj HE IT 750LUD, that the city of
Beach enter into said Contract with Alan Craig and that the kayor
and City Clerk of the City of Newoort 1:e, and they are hereby,
directed and authorised to execute in behalf of the City of New-
port Beach, said Agreement of January 29, 1952, with said Alan
Craig;
HE IT FU TK"-i RESOLVED that a duly executed copy of
said Agreement be delivered to the said. Alan Craig.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and re-
gularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Leach at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 28th
day of January, 19529 by the following; vote, to wit:
