DMING MOM FOR 'ITIMIRKWAL OF HID
'WHEREAS, Irvin Goo. Cordon did, by a letter dated Deo-
ember 21, 1951, request that his bid for the renovation and addi-
tion to the Public Librat7 be re -mined and reconsidered, anfl
that this council find the same defeWtive and irregular, and that
nesdlution No. 3932 of the council, dated December 10, 1951, be
set aside and vacated and that said bid be rejected; and
WIM -PEAS, this Council has been advised by the City At-
torney of the City of Newport Reach that it could not legally do
so;
NOWT THF?? F0RF, BE IT MESOLVED, that the above request
Of Irvin Goo. Gordon be Asaied and that the Bid Bond accompanying
said bid be ordered forfeited.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and
ly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 1/4 day of
a., by the following vote, to wit:

the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
