RESOLUTION NO.3 'F3S-
�'JHEREAB, EMILY V=,ETT, a single woman and SUSAN
a single woman, as joint tenants, have offered to deed the
hereinafter described to the City of Newport Beach, for the c
eration of eighty -four dollars ($84.00); and
iHEF EAS, the said offer has been accepted; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of
Beach a Deed from said EMILY `a'ILLETT and SUSAN WILLETT to the City
of Newport Beach, being dated January 24, 1952 and covering the
following described real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California:
and
A portion of Lot 7 in Block 145, as shown upon
a map of Canal Section, recorded in Miscellaneous
Raps, Book 4, Page 98, Records of said Orange
County, and more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 7;
thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line
of said Lot 7, a distance of 19.29 feet; thence
Northwesterly on a straight line to a point in
the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence
Southwesterly along said Northwesterly line a
distance of 17.43 feet, to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
Citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept and approve said
deed.
NO'd, THEREFORE, BE IT K—SOLVED, that the spid Deed here-
inabove referred to and covering the said hereinbefore described
real property is accepted and approved by the City of Ne *aport
and it Is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
port Beach held on the 11th c.ay of Februsry,1952, by the following
vote:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3938 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
11th day of February 1952, by the following
