RESOLUTION NO. 3946
RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach, Orange County, California,
cancelling all taxes and penalties against certain
properties situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and owned
by the City of Newport Beach in fee.
On motion of Councilman Greeley
DULY SECONDED AND CARRIED, THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION
WAS ADOPTED.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach in Orange
County, California, is the owner in fee of that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, in Orange County, California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes
and penalties against all the lots and property heretofore
described be cancelled, and the Auditor is hereby authorized
and directed to cancel all such taxes and penalties as are now
outstanding against all the properties described in this
Resolution.
AYES: COUNCILMEN Finch, Ramsey,
Blue, Greeley, Isbell
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

owner of record as shown by the Official Records or Orange
County, California, of the property described in the foregoing
Resolution.

City of Newport Beach that the City of Newport Beach is the own,
of the properties described in the foregoing resolution, and in
accordance with the law in such cases made and provided, I do

cancelling taxes and do further consent thereto.
