RESOLUTION No.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of New-
port Beach a Bill of Sale from the City of Newport Bead.
County Sanitation Dietriot No. 5, as to a 73.47% ovine P, and
to County Sanitation District No. 6 as to a 26.53$ ownership, in
and to a trunk sewer running Southeasterly from the Newport
Beach Sewage Treatment Plant along a right of way to the .Coast
Highway and continuing-along the highway to Newport Boul*Vord;
and
WNERWo it appears to be for the beet interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport .Beach that *aid 9111 of Sale
should be executed;
NOWv T *EF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said above des-
cribed Bill of Sale be executed by the City of Newport reach, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Hill of sale in behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach at a regular mooting thereof, held on the 10th day
of !larch, 1952, by the following vote, to wit:
