sewer runriag in a general easterly direction along the obast

6 Highway and along Bay Side Drive from 17th Street st the upper
7 Newport Bay Bridge to Marguerite Avenue in Corona del Mar; and
8 @MMEAS, it appears to. be for the best interests of
9 the citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said pill of Sale
10 should be executed;
11 NOWO THEREFORE, BE I? RESCILV D, that said above des -
12 cribed Bill of Sale be executed by the City of Newport Beach, and
13 the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
14 execute said Bill of sale in behalf of the City of Nett ort Beach.
15 The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and.regd�
16 larly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of New -
17 port Beach at a regular meeting thereof, held on the'10th day of
