WHEREAS, there hwbeen presented to the City of Hewpor
Beach a Bill of Bale from the City of Newport Beach to County
Sanitation District No._.5 as to a. 79.69% ownership?, and to Count
Sanitation District No. 6 ss to a P-1.31%ownership, in and to a
trunk sewer running in a general Southeasterly direction along
1'a
Coast Highway from Hewaort Boulevard fpm 17th Street near the
upper Newport Bay Bridge; and
SAS, it appears to be for the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said Bill. -of Sale
should be executed;
NDWa THEREBUAE, BE IT RESOLM, that said above des-
Bribed Bill of Sale be executed by the City of Newport Beach, and
the Mayor eAd City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said 8111 of Sale in behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regul-
arly passed cad adopted by the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 10th dray
