VVYI LAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Grant Deed from the City of Newport Beach to Ccuaty 110iti-
tation District No. 5, covering the following described r+ pro-
perty, lying in the County of Orange, State of Californi*, to wit:
TRUNK Ay UNIT 3
parcel 1
Easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, aloag
across the following described property:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of the
100 toot right,of way of the California Btate Highway on-60-B in
Orange County, California, said point of beginning being at right
angles to Engineer's station 49-11-41.17 in the center line of said
Highway; running thence North 970 17' East, 34.00 feet; thence
South 2s 43' East, 17.00 feet; thence South 970 17' West, 34.00
feet; thence North 20 43' vest, 17.00 feet to the point of begin-
ing,
WHEREAS# it appears to be for the hest interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Bt -ash that said Grant Deed be exe-
cuted and delivered, the consideration for same being deemed ade-
quate and sufficient;
NOW, THMEFOP.E, BE IT 11LESOLV10, that the City of Newport
Beach execute and deliver said Grant Peed, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant
in behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above.and foregoing Resolution was duly and rag
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 10th day of Ma=4, 1952.
