WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of New-
port Beach a Arrant Deed from the City of Newport Beach to County
Sanitation District No. 5, as to an undivided 79.69¢ interest
and to County Sanitation District No. 6 as to an undivided 20,30
Interest an and to the following described real property located
In the County of Orange, State of California, to wits
'punt d, UNIT 2
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, along and
across the following described property:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of the 100
foot right of way of the California State Highway ORA -60 -B in
Orange County California, said point of beginning being at right
angles to Engineers Station 7 -. 95.46 in the center line of
said highway; thence south 150 38' 30" West 44 feet; thence North
740 21' 30" `Rest 34 feet; thence North 150 38' 30" East to an
Intersection with the said Southerly line of the State Highway;
thence Southeasterly along said Southerly line lo the point of
beginning.

An easement for sanitary sewer pipe line over, along and
across a strip of land described as follows.
Within the boundar9 of the California State Highway
ORn. -60-B, extending from the center line of 17th Atreet, as said
17th Street is shown on a map of Tract No. 11251, recorded in Book
39, Pages 7 and 6, Records of said Orange County, Westerly to the
Southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of Lot 171,
Block 549 Irvine Subdivision, as shown upon a map, recorded in
Miscellaneous Raps. Book 1, page SS, Records of said Orange County
and
SAS, it appears to be for the best interests of tM

citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said Gras* Deed be =e -I
outed and delivered, the consideration for same being deemed ads-
quote and sufficient,
NOWp TM&FOHFp BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Newport
Beach execute and deliver said Grant Deed, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant
Deed In behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 10th day of harsh,
